You can buy additional contact credits when you already have a HeroHunt.ai plan but you need more credits than your plan provides. Extra credits can be bought for all plans. Contact credits are spent for successfully finding and verifying an email address of a candidate that wasn't already available. You can add as much credits as you wish. Credits are assigned per user and refreshed per month.

Contact credits are only spent when HeroHunt.ai successfully finds and verifies an email address of a candidate. In case the email address was already available for the candidate (for example on their profile) then no credits are used. When multiple email addresses are found for a single candidate just 1 credit is used.

Example: you add 100 candidates to Engage including the 'Get contacts' step. For 85 candidates HerHunt.ai finds a verified email address. For 5 the email address was already available. In this case you used 85 credits.

For both monthly and yearly plans, the contact credits are refreshed every month at the start of a new subscription month. If you started your subscription on for example the 15th of the month, the next month on the 15th your credits will be refreshed.

When you have a plan with several users, the additional contact credits that you buy are assigned to every individual user.

If you have for example an Pro plan with 5 users, every user already has 500 credits as part of their plan, if you want to add 400 credits for each user, you can purchase 2x the Contact Credits plan for 5 users (you can change the quantity at check out).

Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime you want. Whether that's monthly or yearly, you choose.
