We were on the forefront of managing contingent labor suppliers with one of the largest conglomerates in the world in the early 1990s. From there, through on-site management and functioning as a managed staffing provider (MSP) to some of the largest companies in the world, we added Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and management of payroll services, independent contractors and statement of work (SOW).Total Talent is in our DNA and has been since the beginning, and now we are driving future workforce strategies through Direct Sourcing, Advisory & Consulting services and creating a digital ecosystem for integrated intelligence and process.
